We were delighted to welcome back former student Isaac Leigh to talk our Year 11 Platinum Academy this week. Isaac left Durrington in June 2024 with 6 grade 9s and 4 grade 8s in his GCSE subjects. He went on to earn a scholarship at Lancing College and has recently become their Head Boy and is projected to achieve 5 A* in his A-Level exams.

Isaac talked to the year 11 students about how to reflect and act upon their recent mock results to maximise the time between now and the summer exams, as well as sharing some hints and tips on how he managed to revise so successfully for his exams.

It fills us with immense pride to hear the amazing things our former students are going on to achieve, and the Platinum Academy took a lot away with them from the talk.
