Dear Parents, Carers and Year 11,
School timetable expectations and arrangements from Wednesday 11th June 2025 onwards
Firstly, I would like to say how proud we are of every single year 11 student. They have conducted themselves in such a brilliant way throughout the exams period and are role models to other students in the school. With only a few exams left to go, we wanted to outline our expectations of the last week.
From Wednesday 11th June, after their final whole-cohort Maths exam, students will only be expected in school for the lessons they have remaining exams in and their final exams. This means students do not need to attend P1 anymore, just their exam lessons. Students can leave site by the front entrance only, including in-between lessons. Students who wish to stay in-between lessons can follow their normal timetable for studying.
The table below shows which subjects still have exams after the 11th June. Students studying for any of these exams must therefore attend the indicated lessons and extra revision sessions. Registration marks will be recorded for each lesson and we are expecting 100% attendance. Please remember that the reason we are doing this is for our students. Students have left exams feeling confident because of all the preparation they have put in at home but also from knowing they have continued to have time with their subject specialist teachers.

With only a few more days to go it is crucial that students continue to work hard for every exam. On that note, please see attached the links to each subject’s google drive folder. We also urge you to keep checking your emails for the night before news videos and extra resources teachers are sending out. There will also be a letter regarding our year 11 clearance procedures and celebrations going out shortly.
