We had a reward breakfast this morning for 50 of our top Year 10 students, who were invited to attend following their first assessment point (Tracking Point). Each of these students achieved an average effort score of 1.
During the breakfast, Miss Taylor took the opportunity to speak to the students about how pleased the whole school is with their fantastic start to Year 10 and the hard work they show in every single lesson. Students also took part in a survey, where they shared which subjects they are enjoying the most, how hard they feel they are working, how much revision they are completing, and how much they are enjoying school overall.
On a bright and sunny winter’s morning, it was a wonderful way to start the day with students who consistently demonstrate such dedication and commitment to their studies.
We look forward to the next reward breakfast following the Spring assessments and hope to see even more students meet the high threshold.
Well done to all the students who attended this morning!
