Dear Parent/Carer

Year 11 parent/carer evening 2nd February 4.30-7.30pm

As you have already been made aware in a previous letter, all parents’/ carers’ evenings will go back to being face-face. We feel that there is so much more nuance in a face-to-face conversation and less room for misunderstanding, than in a quick web chat. 

The meetings are an invaluable opportunity that are designed to allow you to talk to your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress.

You will be able to start booking appointments on Monday 16th January at 10am. To book your 5 mins appointment with your child’s class teachers, you will need to log in to Arbor. Please see the link below if you require any support with this. Alternatively please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Company team.

Booking Guardian Consultations (Parents Evenings) on the Parent Portal or Arbor App

As the meetings will take place in the Main Hall, Maths Mall, LRA and Drama Studio, We strongly advise that you leave 5 minute gaps between appointments to allow for travel time and the smooth running of the evening. Please make note of your appointments booked or take a screenshot ready to bring to the evening.
