Dear Parents/carers,

Firstly thank you for your continues patience and support as we manage this changing situation.  We have reviewed the current levels of staffing absence and need to put in place now for further adaptations to timetables over the coming days.  Our plan as of this afternoon is as follows:

Tuesday 13^th:    Year 10: to remain at home working remotely on google classrooms

Year 11: onlythose year 11 who have scheduled (and catch up* ) exams should attend school.  In terms of timings students should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start of their exam, this to allow time to store items in their locker and line up.  They do not need to register P1 as they will be registered in the exam spaces.  Year 11 students who do not have an exam (or catch up) are directed to use the time revise for remaining mock exams or participate in learning via google classroom.

Years 7, 8 & 9 the plan is for Key Stage 3 students to be in normal.

                             * Mr Crane will notify those students needing to attend for a catch up exam with these students being expected to attend and complete the catch up.

Wednesday 14^th We are planning currently for all students in years 7,8,9 & 10 to be in school.

Year 11 again should only be in school if they have an scheduled exam (or catch ups*).  The same timing and registration arrangements as above apply.

* Mr Crane will notify those students needing to attend for a catch up exam with these students being expected to attend and complete the catch up.
