Unfortunately we have identified a gas leak in an isolated part of the school today. This was made safe immediately by gas engineers who were on site. In order to safely repair the issue, school will be closed for all staff and students on Thursday 8th January 2026.
Y10 and Y11 students should check Arbor, SAM Learning and SPARX for work that will be set for them. Y7, 8 and 9 students can use the time to complete their reading challenge and any homework they may have.
We have been assured by the gas engineers that school will be open as normal on Friday 9th January 2026. If this changes, we will notify you via email and on the website.
